We accept returns of products on the condition that they are in the same condition in which you received them.
We cannot accept returns of:
- computer software that has been unsealed
- consumable goods, except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the products.
If you find that you need to return a product to us the first step is to inform us in writing.
